When I first saw the trailer for A Scanner Darkly, the one thing I really liked about it was the vectorized, posterized look. I found out later the technique used to achieve the effect is called rotoscoping.
I was checking the latest photojojo archive entries today and found an Adobe Illustrator tutorial on how to achieve the same rotoscoping effect on any photo. Coolness…will have to give this a try…
