- Sunday, September 30th – 6.9K run, drop-in with the Running Room in south Burnaby
- Monday, October 1st – Blissology DVD Wednesday Side Body full yoga workout (43 min)
- Tuesday, October 2nd – Blissology DVD Monday All-Aroundront Body full yoga workout (45 min)
Nutrition
Back on track until October 3rd. Had a very minor day surgery procedure on October 4th and have been convalescing this holiday long weekend so have not been sticking to the nutrition. No excuses really but indulged anyways. Made some roasted tomato salsa and baked some beet chips tonight to get back on track to eat starting tomorrow (October 9th).
The Week Ahead
Will ease back into things with some yoga sessions after the doctor is able to give me the all clear this week. Running perhaps in the next 2-3 weeks. We’ll see.
