This Sunday I managed to accomplish a few things:
- Made a good dent utilizing the veggies in the fridge (sauteed mushrooms, pureed beets, cucumber noodles, julienned carrots)
- Dive into the freezer to use up some shrimp
- Got to try a new recipe (pureed beets)
- Got to try out some recent kitchen gadget purchases (vegetable spiralizer for the cucumber noodles, julienne slicer for the carrots and a vegetable slicer to slice up the beets and mushrooms)
Anything to help throw together meals in the week that much more quickly I am all up for.
