Second post this weekend related to food…decided to try and clear out some of the meats in the freezer and found some cuts of salmon and cod. As I’ve had a history of overcooking fish (on the stove or baking in the oven), I thought I’d try my hand at baking fish balls, mixed with other ingredients.

Both baked fish balls came out pretty well and still moist. Probably better had I breaded both types, but that’s best reserved to eat fresh out of the oven, and I plan to be eating these over the next few days over a salad for lunch or with rice for dinner.
