Well, it’s been a minute (again) since the last blog update. 2024 was a year of a lot of works in progress (WIPs) started early on, but, as always, it was December where the most progress got made.
I started learning how to knit but still getting the hang of it, apart from making some dishcloths, so nothing here to report on that front until I figure out my tension on the first and last stitches in a row to really help finish edges completely. Sewing, still not feeling the sew-jo this year apart from making some seat covers for some chairs (nothing there to really show either)
But…all is still well on the crochet front. Managed to knock off two late projects, one an amigurumi capybara, and a scrap yarn, Christmas colored cardigan. Particularly proud of that one as it’s a wearable I can get a lot of mileage out of for future Christmas occasions.
Hoping 2025 will bring some knitting projects and some additional blankets to bust my yarn stash.
